Crafted from bio-based PU and recycled leather with a matte finish, it offers scratch resistance and durability. The Standard delivers a secure athletic fit, with low-profile neoprene and heel pulls for ease. The non-slip TPU outsole protects against kitchen spills and sharps, and our signature modular design features removable insoles and shells for easy cleaning, swapping, and replacement.
We offer EU sizes instead of US sizes to provide a more inclusive size range, with a fit that’s more like your favorite athletic sneaker than a kitchen clog. Use our size guide to find your ideal fit.

MISE offers two shipping tiers to choose from at checkout:
- No Rush (7 business days)
- Express (3 business days)
Orders placed before 7am PT ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 7am PT, on a holiday, or on the weekend will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
MISE shipping timelines only apply within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping.
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial period. If you need a different size or find something wrong with your pair, we’ll exchange them free of charge.

I work in orthopedic surgery and decided to get the standard Mise shoes. They’re great for long days standing in the OR, and the non-slip soles provide much-needed traction! The only downside is that they were sold out of black shoes in my size and the white shoes are requiring constant cleaning (see picture for details).

30 year kitchen lifer here. They felt odd at first, because they are built so differently from anything I've worn before (dansko, prof birk, mozo, vans). Like the level of cushioning inside was not what I was used to. But I got used to them and I can say after a year of wear these are the BEST kitchen shoes I have purchased, ever! I converted my pastry chef as well, she absolutely loves them
