An all-encompassing kitchen shoe designed for culinary athletes who value style and performance, without compromising comfort. The Standard combines years of research and testing, meticulous development, and a unique modular design to offer easy cleaning, optimum safety and durability, and athletic performance. The oil- and water-resistant full-grain leather upper and non-slip TPU outsole protects against kitchen spills and sharps. And our signature modular design features removable insoles and shells for easy cleaning and replacement.

We offer EU sizes instead of US sizes to provide a more inclusive size range, with a fit that’s more like your favorite athletic sneaker than a kitchen clog. Use our size guide to find your ideal fit.

  • The Standard OG offers a tight fit (D-width), ideal for low insteps or narrow feet.
  • Length runs true to size. Size up when between sizes.
  • Wider-width feet? Try The Relaxed for extra room.

MISE shipping timelines only apply within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping.
