Optimized foam delivers more step-in comfort, while maintaining our responsive athletic support. Unique collapsible heels offer versatility while incorporating our signature modular design, allowing easy insole swapping during or after shifts. Our new bio-based, recycled leather uppers boast a scratch-resistant matte finish, combining understated style with a lighter environmental footprint.
We offer EU sizes instead of US sizes to provide a more inclusive size range, with a fit that’s more like your favorite athletic sneaker than a kitchen clog. Use our size guide to find your ideal fit.
- The Relaxed offers a wide, roomy fit (EE-width), making it ideal for higher-volume feet or those prone to swelling.
- Length runs true to size. Size up when between sizes.
- Narrow feet? Consider The Standard for a more snug fit.
MISE offers two shipping tiers to choose from at checkout:
- No Rush (7 business days)
- Express (3 business days)
Orders placed before 7am PT ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 7am PT, on a holiday, or on the weekend will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
MISE shipping timelines only apply within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping.
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial period. If you need a different size or find something wrong with your pair, we’ll exchange them free of charge.
If you purchase Redo returns coverage at checkout, you are eligible to return your item for no return shipping cost. All other returns are a flat rate of $10.

I already own a pair of the standards so I figured I would give the relaxed a chance I ordered them about a week ago it’s that they got delivered, but I didn’t receive them so I contacted customer service and within 24 hours and absolutely no hassle.
