We’re always evolving our product line to be practical for your needs, while being mindful of the planet. The Relaxed Insoles support culinary athletes in every role with a roomier fit to accommodate higher volume feet and swelling during all-day wear. Optimized foam delivers more step-in comfort, while maintaining our responsive athletic support. Unique collapsible heels offer versatility while incorporating our signature modular design, allowing easy insole swapping during or after shifts.
*MISE Insoles are intended to be worn in combination with MISE Shells. Insoles are not suitable for solo wear.
We offer EU sizes instead of US sizes to provide a more inclusive size range, with a fit that’s more like your favorite athletic sneaker than a kitchen clog. Use our size guide to find your ideal fit.
- The Relaxed offers a wide, roomy fit (EE-width), making it ideal for higher-volume feet or those prone to swelling.
- Length runs true to size. Size up when between sizes.
- Narrow feet? Consider The Standard for a more snug fit.
MISE offers two shipping tiers to choose from at checkout:
- No Rush (7 business days)
- Express (3 business days)
Orders placed before 7am PT ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 7am PT, on a holiday, or on the weekend will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
MISE shipping timelines only apply within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping.
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial period. If you need a different size or find something wrong with your pair, we’ll exchange them free of charge.
If you purchase Redo returns coverage at checkout, you are eligible to return your item for no return shipping cost. All other returns are a flat rate of $10.

Birkenstock, mozo,shoes for crews, snibbs and any other ain't got nothing I suffer from plantar fascitis and tried everything I do wear the expensive insoles,( good feet) but the first two weeks I wore the relaxed wide fit WITHOUT my expensive insoles and it was so comfortable ,the slip resistant SUPERIOR,I weight 300lbs and the Chef hustle you want the best for your feet, I noticed that I had to to wear my orthopedic insoles because I was stepping I little inward, the MISE relaxed wide fit+ my expensive insoles I go all day and feet are comfortable and dry and my knees don't take the extra impact

Over 15 years in the industry I've tried countless shoes brands. I’ve owned my pair for about a year and loved them. They however developed a tear on the stitch.
