Grounded in the kitchen, geared for all terrain. The Chelsea is crafted with purpose for Culinary Athletes™ and hospitality professionals who push the boundaries of their craft. Made with full-grain waterproof nubuck leather, and slip-resistant TPU outsoles with all-terrain lugs, it’s designed to handle every surface, from slick kitchen floors, rugged outdoor landscapes, and all terrain in between. The lightweight design and sneaker-like flexibility gives you the support of a boot without the bulk, while full-length rubber mudguards offer extra protection. Dual webbing loops make it simple to take your boots on and off, and removable insoles make it easy to clean and swap throughout your shift.
We offer EU sizes instead of US sizes to provide a more inclusive size range, with a fit that’s more like your favorite athletic sneaker than a kitchen clog. Use our size guide to find your ideal fit.

MISE offers two shipping tiers to choose from at checkout:
- No Rush (7 business days)
- Express (3 business days)
Orders placed before 7am PT ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 7am PT, on a holiday, or on the weekend will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
MISE shipping timelines only apply within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping.
As the current version of The Chelsea is at the end of its production run, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size and be certain of your purchase before placing an order.

Wrote a review on these few weeks after wearing them. Now it’s been 7 months and they are truly most comfortable durable shoes I’ve ever owned. Only complain was the slip resistance. But I take that back. Seem like they’ve broken in and are excellent now. I work 11 hour shifts in a kitchen and my feet feel great ! Feel like these are going to last a while. Definitely a good buy. 100 percent recommend!!

I’ve been wearing these for over a year now, they actually sent me them before the official release date. This is not a paid promotion or test issue either I just pre-ordered them before release and they showed up appropriately 1 month early to release.
These are the BEST non-slip shoe/boot I’ve ever worn. Durable & extremely comfortable. Zero complaints.

I work long, hard hours in Hawaii. I tried the Chelsea after many pairs of shoes…this is a lifetime pair of kitchen shoes! Up to 80 hours of weeks, tens of thousands of steps in the last 6 months. They are still going solid! I was concerned I was going to get the wrong size so I went a size up. I do have to add another insole because of that, but still… it’s perfect! About time for my first insole replacement after nearly 6 months, but I’m telling ya!! I’m a Portland native, I’m stoked to recommend this shoe! They take a beating and still
