We recommend swapping between two pairs of Insoles frequently to lessen the wear and tear that happens with long, sweaty shifts.

We offer EU sizes as opposed to US sizes to be identity inclusive and offer a greater range of sizes—we suggest using our size guide to assist in finding your ideal fit. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
The Standard delivers a snug, athletic fit, unlike the typical kitchen shoe or clog, so if you have a wider foot or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend checking out The Relaxed.

MISE shipping timelines only apply within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping.
- No Rush (7 business days): $5
- Express (3 business days): $20
Orders placed before 7am PT ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 7am PT, on a holiday, or on the weekend will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

The Relaxed offers a roomier fit, comparable to an EE width, to accommodate higher volume feet and swelling during all-day wear. If you have a narrow foot or prefer a more snug fit, we recommend checking out The Standard.

I’m a career bartender of almost seventeen years this November! I originally bought the relaxed fit, upon arrival I realized they were for a wider foot! I did a bit of research and saw the standard fit is what I was looking for! Quick exchange an a week later my new pair was here! I can’t express how great these bad boys are! They are snug, comfy, and sharp! I bought the white ones, I know … bold! But boy I love them!
Been doing this for years in the wrong footwear but, no longer! Excited to see how they hold up life span wise, other than that! Grab some! Your feet, back, and knees will thank you

I work as a surgeon in a very busy area. I have worn all types of footwear from birks, oofos, danskos, crocs, On, Sorel. All were decent but had there down points. Birks were my favorite out of the bunch. I really wanted something that was better fitting on my foot and slap my heel, but I could still slip off easily when I do robotic cases and clean effortlessly. I was skeptical, but MISE are exactly what I was looking for. Even though it two pieces, they don't slide in and out. Also I can separate them at the end of the day which means no sweaty foot odor.
