We’re always evolving our product line to be practical for your needs, while being mindful of the planet. The Relaxed Insoles support culinary athletes in every role with a roomier fit to accommodate higher volume feet and swelling during all-day wear. Optimized foam delivers more step-in comfort, while maintaining our responsive athletic support. Unique collapsible heels offer versatility while incorporating our signature modular design, allowing easy Insole swapping during or after shifts.
*MISE Insoles are intended to be worn in combination with MISE Shells. Insoles are not suitable for solo wear.

We offer EU sizes as opposed to US sizes to be identity inclusive and offer a greater range of sizes—we suggest using our size guide to assist in finding your ideal fit. If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
The Relaxed delivers a roomier fit, comparable to an EE width, so if you have a narrow foot or prefer a more snug fit, we recommend checking out The Standard.

MISE shipping timelines only apply within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/FPO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping.
- No Rush (7 business days): $5
- Express (3 business days): $20
Orders placed before 7am PT ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 7am PT, on a holiday, or on the weekend will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

We always offer a 30-day trial period with $10 returns. If you need a different size or find something wrong with your pair, we’ll exchange them free of charge.

The Standard delivers a snug, athletic fit, unlike the typical kitchen shoe or clog, so if you have a wider foot or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend checking out The Relaxed.

I've been wearing the relax bundle for about 2 weeks now. I originally ordered the wrong size and the return exchange was so easy and quick. When I got the correct size, for a second I thought I went too small but they are perfect! They are so solid and comfortable. I feel less tired from being on my feet all day, and no leg cramps, no soar calves no knee problems. They are actually even more comfortable than my tennis shoes with insoles. And I've only been wearing them for two weeks. They clean up easy, and changing out the insert, one would think it would stretch out and get loose. But they haven't. I got the white color and they still look brand new. I know it's only been 2 weeks but so far, better than expected.

They fit a little large than the sizes I feel. But super comfortable shoe. I think next time I would go for the regular width shoe. My feet are not as wide as I thought.

Been working as server since 2019, literally the best non slip shoe I’ve ever owned, and by the far the most comfortable. Let’s not forget how stylish they are as well, you guys really killed it with the switchable in soles. I would recommend down sizing I am a 9.5 and had to get the 8-8.5.
