Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.
What we do
- Use semantic page structure, headings, and landmarks so pages make sense to assistive technology.
- Support full keyboard navigation with visible focus states and a skip-to-content link.
- Write alternative text for product and editorial images.
- Maintain strong text contrast against our background color.
- Label every form field and announce errors and confirmations.
- Provide pause controls for moving video and respect reduced-motion settings.
- Review new pages and features for accessibility before they launch.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing work. Some parts of our site are provided by third-party services, including checkout, returns, reviews, chat, and payment tools. We work with these partners to improve accessibility, but we do not fully control their content. If something on our site gets in your way, we want to know.
