It’s Women’s History Month, friends. So, I created a boozy number to be like the liquid version of a female action hero–pretty, but very fierce. This drink may be pink, but you’ll want to take it seriously. After all, that Freeland Spirits gin might sneak up on you after a few sips…
Serving Size: Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
-
1 ½ oz. Freeland Spirits gin
-
¾ oz. Combier Rose Liqueur
-
¾ oz. Lillet Rosé
-
2 drops rose bitters
-
1 expressed lemon peel
Mise En Place
Grab a coupe and set it aside for now. If you want to be really fancy, feel free to pop the glass into your freezer for ten minutes before you plan on assembling your cocktail.
Pour all liquid ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass, along with a small handful of ice and stir for 30 seconds before straining into your prepared coupe.
Express lemon oils into the center of the drink and rub the shiny side of the peel along the rim of the glass. Serve it and “cheers” yourself!
