We offer EU sizes as opposed to US sizes to be identity inclusive and offer a greater range of sizes—we recommend using our size guide to assist in finding your ideal fit.
Our shoes deliver a snug, athletic fit, unlike the typical kitchen shoe or clog, so if you have a wider foot, prefer a roomier fit, or are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

MISE ships only within the United States. PO Box or APO addresses are mailed via USPS and are not eligible for Express shipping.

It typically takes 1–2 business days to process orders.
Orders placed before 11am PST ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 11am PST, on a holiday, or on the weekend will ship the following business day. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

We always offer a 30-day trial period with $10 returns. If you need a different size or find something wrong with your pair, we’ll exchange them free of charge.
